I have successfully helped several satisfied clients get more out their existing Website – and can also include a pre-agreed amount of training into any new Website development project, if so desired.
I can also deliver interactive sessions to groups. If you have more than one member of staff member who wishes to learn how to update the company Website, such bespoke sessions represent great value for money (not to mention saving additional revenue by being able to publish new content “in-house” in the future).
All training sessions in Sheffield and surrounding regions are delivered in-person by me, John Mounsey. For clients based further-afield (or where a face-to-face session is not practical for other reasons), online sessions can also be delivered over SKYPE.

As everyone’s level of technical ability and prior experience is different, I consciously adapt the training sessions I deliver “on-the-fly” wherever necessary. This ensures that inexperienced delegates do not feel bogged-down by jargon (though the dreaded jargon is kept to a minimum at ALL times..!). This adaptive model also ensures that more knowledgeable clients are not taught how to suck eggs(!), instead skipping the basics and moving directly on to more advanced techniques, where more input is required.

Having successfully devised, developed and launched several WooCommerce powered online shops I am also able to offer comprehensive, tailored training sessions too. If you have WooCommerce setup on your Website (or have perhaps had a go at installing it yourself..?), but can’t get to grips with it.. I can help you!
